Mr Alamwar is an engineer by profession. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a MTEC Masters Degree in Design of Thermal Power Plants from MACT, India. He started his career as a trainee engineer in 1992, he moved to Zimbabwe in 1999 where he set up the Industrial Oxygen Plants (first of its kind in Zimbabwe) in Redcliff. He pioneered the Steel Manufacturing process in Redcliff, Zimbabwe.

A highly experienced professional in accounting, finance and audit. Lewis previously worked with various companies on a consultancy basis in financial management, taxation, advisory and secretarial roles. He has worked as a Finance Manager for Freshpro a division of Innscor and Victoria Foods a division of CFI Holdings. He also worked for Delta Beverages and CFI Holdings in both organisations as a Group Senior Auditor. He holds a BSc Degree in Applied Accounting with Oxford Brookes University and ACCA finalist.

Mr. Bhaumik is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and holds a Diploma in International Business & Project Management. In a career spanning over two decades, Mr. Bhaumik has diverse experience in the Steel Industry globally with more than 15 years of experience in the African continent. He has handled various challenging projects across the globe. His areas of expertise include EPC Projects, Business Development, Operations & Human Resources.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business from the University of Applied Science Kempten in Germany with extensive experience in the automotive and mining industry. He is well-versed in setting up production and developing businesses in countries like India, Germany, and Zimbabwe related to the mining and production industry. His unique and broad skill base coupled with international relationships are applied in developing the project from the ground level up by adopting the latest know-how and technology in the company’s production and management systems.

He has 31 years of experience, holding a B. Tech Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication and a master’s degree in business administration with specialization in Finance Management. He has vast experience in the field of Designing, Project Engineering, Plant Maintenance, and Operation of Sponge Iron, Power Plant, and Steel Industries.

Knowledge holds extensive qualifications in the field of Human Resources Management, National Diploma, and Advanced Diploma in HR Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Industrial Relations Management and including a National Certificate. Additionally, he has earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Certificate in Labor Law, Conciliation, and Arbitration. As an associate member of the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ), Knowledge brings 13 years of professional experience in human resources management. He currently oversees the human resources function for a company with more than 450 employees, demonstrating his expertise and leadership in the profession.
